Thymus-derived peptide complex
Thymalin reconstitution calculator
Thymalin is commonly supplied as 10 mg, 20 mg vials. Pick a vial size and a water volume to see the concentration and what each syringe mark holds. Enter a target amount to see the draw. This page does not suggest any amount.
Work backwards: pick how many syringe units you want each draw to be, and the calculator tells you how much water gives that concentration.
Example values shown. Larger draws (10 units or more) are easier to measure accurately than very small ones.
Estimate how long a vial lasts and what a protocol costs, from your own price and schedule.
Example values shown. Replace them with your own.

About Thymalin
Thymalin is a mixture of polypeptides extracted from calf thymus, registered in Russia as an immune-modulating medicine. Research led by Khavinson and Morozov reported improved immune markers and lower mortality in older adults over long follow-up, in studies that have not been independently replicated.
Thymalin calculator questions
How much bacteriostatic water do I add to a 10 mg Thymalin vial?
The calculator does not prescribe a volume; the right choice depends on how large you want each draw to be. As arithmetic: 10 mg in 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL, so each unit on a U-100 syringe holds 50 mcg. Use the “Water to add” tab to work backwards from a draw size.
What concentration does Thymalin have after reconstitution?
Concentration is the vial mass divided by the water volume. For example, 10 mg in 2 mL is 5 mg/mL. Check the certificate of analysis for net peptide content, which is usually lower than the label.
