Multi-peptide blend
GLOW blend reconstitution calculator
GLOW blend is commonly supplied as 70 mg vials. Pick a vial size and a water volume to see the concentration and what each syringe mark holds. Enter a target amount to see the draw. This page does not suggest any amount.
Work backwards: pick how many syringe units you want each draw to be, and the calculator tells you how much water gives that concentration.
Example values shown. Larger draws (10 units or more) are easier to measure accurately than very small ones.
For vials that contain more than one compound. Every component dilutes into the same water, so one draw contains a fixed ratio of each.

About GLOW blend
GLOW is a supplier name for a three-part vial of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500, marketed for skin and tissue repair. Ratios differ between suppliers, with GHK-Cu usually the largest component. Each part has its own research history; the combination has none.

For blends, the “Blend” tab shows how much of each component is in a single draw.
GLOW blend calculator questions
How much bacteriostatic water do I add to a 70 mg GLOW blend vial?
The calculator does not prescribe a volume; the right choice depends on how large you want each draw to be. As arithmetic: 70 mg in 5 mL gives 14 mg/mL, so each unit on a U-100 syringe holds 140 mcg. Use the “Water to add” tab to work backwards from a draw size.
What concentration does GLOW blend have after reconstitution?
Concentration is the vial mass divided by the water volume. For example, 70 mg in 5 mL is 14 mg/mL. Check the certificate of analysis for net peptide content, which is usually lower than the label.
