About GHRP-6

GHRP-6 is a synthetic hexapeptide described by Cyril Bowers in 1984 that releases growth hormone through what was later identified as the ghrelin receptor. It strongly increases appetite and also raises cortisol and prolactin.

GHRP-6 calculator questions

How much bacteriostatic water do I add to a 5 mg GHRP-6 vial?

The calculator does not prescribe a volume; the right choice depends on how large you want each draw to be. As arithmetic: 5 mg in 2 mL gives 2.5 mg/mL, so each unit on a U-100 syringe holds 25 mcg. Use the “Water to add” tab to work backwards from a draw size.

What concentration does GHRP-6 have after reconstitution?

Concentration is the vial mass divided by the water volume. For example, 5 mg in 2 mL is 2.5 mg/mL. Check the certificate of analysis for net peptide content, which is usually lower than the label.
