CJC-1295 (no DAC) reconstitution calculator
CJC-1295 (no DAC) is commonly supplied as 2 mg, 5 mg vials. Pick a vial size and a water volume to see the concentration and what each syringe mark holds. Enter a target amount to see the draw. This page does not suggest any amount.
Work backwards: pick how many syringe units you want each draw to be, and the calculator tells you how much water gives that concentration.
Example values shown. Larger draws (10 units or more) are easier to measure accurately than very small ones.

Assumes no loss to dead space in the syringe or vial. Real-world usage is usually a few percent higher.
About CJC-1295 (no DAC)
CJC-1295 without DAC, also called Modified GRF (1-29), is sermorelin with four amino acid substitutions that make it more resistant to breakdown. It lasts longer than sermorelin but far shorter than the DAC version. Published human data specific to this molecule are scarce.
CJC-1295 (no DAC) calculator questions
How much bacteriostatic water do I add to a 5 mg CJC-1295 (no DAC) vial?
The calculator does not prescribe a volume; the right choice depends on how large you want each draw to be. As arithmetic: 5 mg in 2 mL gives 2.5 mg/mL, so each unit on a U-100 syringe holds 25 mcg. Use the “Water to add” tab to work backwards from a draw size.
What concentration does CJC-1295 (no DAC) have after reconstitution?
Concentration is the vial mass divided by the water volume. For example, 5 mg in 2 mL is 2.5 mg/mL. Check the certificate of analysis for net peptide content, which is usually lower than the label.
