About BPC-157

BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide studied mainly for tendon, ligament, muscle and gut healing in rodents. More than a hundred animal studies report faster healing, but a 2025 systematic review found only one small, uncontrolled human study, so its safety and effectiveness in people are unknown.

BPC-157 calculator questions

How much bacteriostatic water do I add to a 5 mg BPC-157 vial?

The calculator does not prescribe a volume; the right choice depends on how large you want each draw to be. As arithmetic: 5 mg in 2 mL gives 2.5 mg/mL, so each unit on a U-100 syringe holds 25 mcg. Use the “Water to add” tab to work backwards from a draw size.

What concentration does BPC-157 have after reconstitution?

Concentration is the vial mass divided by the water volume. For example, 5 mg in 2 mL is 2.5 mg/mL. Check the certificate of analysis for net peptide content, which is usually lower than the label.
